Sophie-Leigh Anderson is the new Miss Fylde Coast
Sophie-Leigh Anderson triumphed against extremely strong competition to win the Miss Fylde Coast crown at a sold out Thornton Little Theatre tonight.
The contestants took part in a 4 scene catwalk fashion show comprising of Sportswear, Summer Wear, Black Dress and Evening Wear.
A lively audience gave the contestants a six minute standing ovation at the end of the fashion show.
Judges on the night included Miss England Jessica Linley, Mr England 2009 Andreas Kattou, Miss Fylde Coast 2010 Kerry Capoverde and Miss Preston 2010 Leigh Osgerby. The public vote also counted as one judge.
Sophie-Leigh Anderson also won the Miss Popularity Fylde Coast Award.
Danielle Wrench won the Miss Charity Fylde Coast Award after raising a magnificent £1000 for the Variety Club of Great Britain.
