Grand Opening of Scent World in Blackpool
After a busy few weeks in my day job of teaching I was eager to have some more Miss Fylde Coast experiences. So when ScentWorld contacted the Miss England office requesting some ‘Miss Girls’ to go down and open their new shop I was delighted to be involved. I was even more thrilled when I found out that the new shop was in my region, in Blackpool Town Centre.
I arrived at the shop and was excited to see some of my ‘Miss’ friends, Miss Bolton, Miss Burnley and Miss Morecambe. I was also greeted by Diane Slater (a regional heat organiser) and one of her regional teen girls.
Initially we helped promote the new store and its amazing offers around Hounds Hill Shopping Centre. We were then asked to cut the ribbon across the shop front and have pictures for the local press.
It was lovely to open the new shop and talk to the first customers through the door. I also enjoyed catching up with the other Miss girls!
