Christmas Light Switch On – Fresh Cafe
So I was a little disappointed to not be involved in any local Christmas Lights Switch On events this year; I would have loved to work with the Borough Council and I’m sure they would have loved to host some of the Miss England contestants! I was however invited to switch the lights on at a local café, which I thought would be fun so thought why not!
It also happened to be coincidently the same night as the high street switch on…
I arrived at the café to a complimentary hot chocolate with lots of squirty cream and marshmallows! When it was getting dark I turned the lights on to a countdown from a packed café and had a few pictures with the café owners and children.
I really enjoyed talking to all the local people and was especially thrilled when a little girl asked if I was a princess! If only……………
